 AGREEMENT

RESEARCH IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE MASTERS IN BIOMEDICAL SCIENCES PROGRAM, GIVING STUDENTS THE OPPORTUNITY TO FOCUS IN-DEPTH ON A RESEARCH PROJECT THAT WILL LIKELY LEAD TO A PUBLICATION FOR THE STUDENT. TO FACILITATE AND OPTIMIZE THE EXPERIENCE FOR BOTH THE STUDENT AND THE FACULTY MEMBER, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THEY AGREE PRIOR TO THE START OF THE RESEARCH PROJECT TO DISCUSS EXPECTATIONS, GOALS, REQUIREMENTS AND LABORATORY GUIDELINES. THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED BY OCT. 1ST AND SIGNED BY BOTH THE STUDENT AND RESEARCH PRECEPTOR.
