Medical Student Shuttle Issues Reporting Form

Icahn School of Medicine students may use the form below to report shuttle issues, including shuttles not showing; excessive lateness; issues with safety; etc.

Submitting the form will not result in real time information about your trip, but will allow the Clinical Curriculum Office to address the issues with those who manage the shuttles and better ensure the shuttles are run reliably and safely.
